WOW last week was a tough one for me
ENERGIES was huge, body shaking, buzzing
Tricky not to spark up, when speaking with others

So much energy inside, where is it to go? How to make it function in me?
Then it took it’s TOLL on me. Had to do something, so MONDAY it began
